Senior Scrum Master

Description:

Seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery expertise and exposure to AI/Data Science projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of planning, tracking, risk management, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Own program planning, progress tracking, and milestone management
• Identify and resolve blockers; manage risks and dependencies
• Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinate across teams and vendors to ensure aligned delivery
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Scrum Master experience in enterprise Agile environments
• Hands-on experience in Data Science / AI / ML projects
• Strong planning, tracking, and delivery ownership mindset
• Experience with predictive analytics / forecasting projects preferred
• Expertise in risk & dependency management
• Proficiency in Jira or similar Agile tools
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
