Responsibilities

• Cook delicious Thai dishes with great taste and presentation.
• Create new recipes using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised.
• Manage food supplies and check the quality of ingredients.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
• Make sure all food follows hygiene and safety rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Thai Chef.
• Deep knowledge of traditional Thai ingredients and cooking methods.
• Able to plan menus and handle kitchen operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ready to work in Dubai full-time.
