As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Middle East, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Jordan. Based in our Dubai office, you will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers across the region, providing recruitment expertise and helping shape our talent acquisition strategy while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
 

• Proactively source and attract candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, social media, talent communities, industry events, employee referrals, and networking activities.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders across the Middle East to provide recruitment best practices, market insights, and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns to build strong talent pipelines across the region.
• Drive workforce planning initiatives and advise leaders on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and market trends within the Middle East.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experiences to support business growth.
