China Civil Engineering is seeking a Senior Utility Engineer to lead and oversee critical infrastructure projects in Dubai. This role requires extensive expertise in utility systems, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination to drive seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Utility Systems Leadership – Oversee the design, coordination, and integration of water, electricity, drainage, and telecom utilities within large-scale infrastructure projects.
🔹 Regulatory Compliance & Approvals – Engage with authorities, including RTA, DEWA, and DM, to secure permits and ensure full compliance with UAE utility regulations.
🔹 Stakeholder Management – Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to resolve utility-related challenges and optimize efficiency.
🔹 Risk & Quality Assurance – Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct inspections to ensure top-tier safety and operational standards.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting – Maintain comprehensive records, reports, and as-built drawings for seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Education – Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
✅ Experience – 8+ years in utility engineering for major infrastructure projects in the UAE. Deep understanding of RTA standards and utility regulations is a must.
✅ Approvals Expertise – Proven experience in securing DEWA, DM, and RTA approvals for utility implementations.
✅ Skills – Proficiency in utility design software, problem-solving, and leadership in high-pressure environments.
