Yaldi, a dynamic Pay-Per-Minute Car-Sharing Platform, is looking to hire a Service Advisor for its Dubai operations. As a Service Advisor at Yaldi, you will serve as the key liaison between our valued customers and the technical team. Your primary role will involve guiding customers through the service process, assessing their vehicle needs, and ensuring all work is communicated clearly and executed to the highest standards. You will be expected to foster long-term relationships with customers by ensuring satisfaction through professional service, attention to detail, and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers, understanding and evaluating their service requirements.

• Accurately prepare job cards and repair orders, documenting customer concerns and vehicle details.

• Offer professional advice on necessary repairs, maintenance schedules, and service options, including recommendations based on diagnostic and inspection findings.

• Maintain clear communication between the workshop technicians and customers, ensuring updates and approvals are efficiently managed.

• Provide accurate cost estimates for services and repairs, securing approvals before work begins.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction post-service and encourage repeat business.

• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Maintain up-to-date service records and generate regular performance and service reports for management.

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless workflow and quality assurance.

• Recommend additional services and maintenance proactively to enhance vehicle performance and safety.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory; additional qualifications in Automotive Technology or related fields are a plus.

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Service Advisor in a garage, dealership, or automotive service center.

• Sound technical knowledge of a wide range of vehicle systems including mechanical, electrical, and air conditioning.

• Experience handling various vehicle brands (Japanese, European, American, Chinese) is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with diagnostic tools, technical reporting, and service estimation.

• Proficiency in using Workshop Management Systems (WMS) and CRM software.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational abilities with a talent for multitasking and prioritizing in a busy work environment.

• Strong upselling abilities for value-added services and maintenance packages.

• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience at reputable automotive workshops in the UAE.
