Service Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our growing team to provide knowledgeable recommendations about our services to clients. You’ll work closely with our Service Engineers to manage their schedules, track progress, and deliver top-tier service to our customers.

• Coordinating with customer for the schedule of servicing.
• Submitting invoices on the portal.
• Outsourcing prices from suppliers and generating purchase orders.
• Registering on portal for the dryers and compressors after successful commissioning.
• Making warranty claims.

• Bachelor Graduate / Diploma
• Related Experience is a plus
