Service Coordinator

Description:

Aikah Fire Equipment Division, part of the Al Khoory Group, is looking for a motivated and organized FLS Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our Maintenance Department in the UAE.

📌 Job Title: FLS Maintenance Service Coordinator

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventive, corrective, emergency, and service maintenance activities.

• Schedule and allocate jobs to technicians in coordination with Service Engineers and the Service Manager.

• Coordinate with clients and provide timely service updates.

• Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion.

• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and AMC schedules.

• Follow up on pending jobs, quotations, spare parts, and service requirements.

• Track technician attendance and daily deployment.

• Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when required.

• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Suppliers, and Management.

🎯 Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or relevant fire-related certification.

• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance service coordination within the fire protection industry.

• Knowledge of AMC operations, Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) requirements, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Strong communication, planning, customer service, coordination, and documentation skills.
