Description:
Alumill Tech Gulf LLC, part of the Elite Group of Companies, is a leading manufacturer of aluminum flat rolled products and jacketing systems, based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position for a Shift Mechanic at Alumill Tech Gulf LLC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as per departmental instructions to enhance equipment reliability.
- Handle work roll assembly, backup roll assembly, and other maintenance activities for the 4-Hi cold rolling mill.
- Execute work roll assembly, choke servicing, and other critical maintenance tasks for continuous casting equipment.
- Continuously monitor machine operating conditions, complete checklists, and report abnormalities.
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures, regulations, and best practices, while reporting any major safety concerns.
- Maintain machinery by cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components, and keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
- Perform utility-related services and report any shortages of critical consumables.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment as per operational requirements.
- Ensure the proper usage and storage of critical machine tools within the department.
Qualification:
- ITI
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industry
