About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Showroom Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail sales, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
- Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales while ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Store Operations: Manage daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and showroom maintenance.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate restocking, and minimize losses.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure an attractive and engaging showroom layout to maximize sales.
- Marketing & Promotions: Work with marketing teams to drive foot traffic and promote sales events.
- Financial Performance: Set and achieve sales targets while managing store budgets and expenses.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in showroom/retail management (preferably in furniture, home décor, or luxury retail).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Experience in inventory management and store operations.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and retail marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
