Site Bim Coordinator

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, for a Site BIM Coordinator. The Site BIM Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities on various projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure efficient and accurate integration of BIM elements. The role involves managing project timelines, addressing technical issues, and ensuring all BIM-related processes are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Experience in Architecture and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit or similar
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
