Position: Site Engineer
Location: Dubai
Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage on-site installation and construction of aluminum, glass, and wood pergolas, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with production teams, subcontractors, and clients to execute project plans effectively.
Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve any technical issues related to materials and installation.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Prepare site reports, manage material deliveries, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE, with proven specialization in aluminum, glass, and wood pergolas (including fabrication, installation, and site management of these structures).
→ Applications without specific experience in aluminum/glass/wood pergolas will not be considered
— we are seeking experts in exactly these materials and project types to match our core business.
Strong knowledge of UAE/Dubai construction codes, DEWA requirements, and health & safety practices (IOSH/NEBOSH certification advantageous).
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools for on-site planning and coordination.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
