Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure work is progressing safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with project specifications and approved drawings.
- Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of workmanship, particularly for luxury finishes and bespoke structural details common in high-end villas.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, tradespeople, and in-house labor to ensure seamless workflow and timely execution.
- Scheduling & Progress: Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays early, and implement corrective actions to keep milestones on track.
- Material Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and proper utilization of construction materials on-site, minimizing waste and ensuring quality.
- Health & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with local safety regulations and company HSE policies, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone.
- Reporting: Provide regular, accurate progress reports, daily logs, and updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
