We are looking for a strategic, creative, and visually driven Social Media Content Creator to strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms while supporting both commercial and residential real estate portfolios. This role combines refined luxury storytelling with a strong commercial mindset, focused on building brand authority, generating qualified leads, and maximizing property exposure in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming premium commercial properties and high-end residential assets into visually compelling, performance-driven content for both local and international audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create, publish, and manage high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
• Produce cinematic property tours, architectural showcases, lifestyle stories, and investment-focused content
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with commercial leasing and residential sales goals
• Maintain a consistent, refined luxury brand identity across all digital channels
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action with strong commercial intent
• Collaborate closely with commercial and residential brokerage teams
• Support live listings, launches, and campaigns with targeted content
• Track content performance metrics and optimize for engagement, lead generation, and conversions
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, content trends, and real estate marketing best practices

Candidate Profile:
• Demonstrated experience in social media content creation for commercial and residential sectors
• Background in luxury real estate, property development, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands is preferred
• Strong understanding of investor and end-user audiences
• Excellent visual judgment with high attention to detail
• Advanced skills in video shooting and editing
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align creative content with sales objectives
• Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is highly desirable
