Description:
The Nameless Network is currently looking to hire a Social Media Executive to support and grow its client portfolio in Dubai. This role requires someone who is both creatively driven and strategically minded, with strong skills in social media management, content creation, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging content across multiple social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Design visually appealing creatives using Canva and additional design/editing tools when needed.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of photoshoots, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with content strategies.
- Handle the day-to-day scheduling, posting, and engagement across client accounts.
- Monitor performance analytics to track growth, engagement, and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay ahead of industry updates, platform changes, and content trends to bring innovative ideas to campaigns.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of proven experience in social media management, ideally within an agency environment.
- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail, along with proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other content editing tools.
- Prior involvement in supporting or managing photoshoots and working with creative teams.
- Understanding of analytics tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple brand voices while maintaining consistency and authenticity.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with genuine enthusiasm for social media and digital trends.
