This opportunity is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing within the beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics industry, especially in the UAE.

The perfect candidate will possess a passion for storytelling through digital platforms, with a sharp eye for content that connects and converts. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing compelling social media strategies to grow audience engagement and drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, plan, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others
• Create engaging and visually attractive content that resonates with target demographics
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum results
• Stay up to date with social media trends, especially in the beauty and fragrance world
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social efforts with business goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–3 years of UAE-based social media marketing experience
• Prior exposure to fragrance, beauty, or cosmetics industry is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
• Strong creativity and attention to visual detail
