This is a full-time role located in the Dubai for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The individual will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality social media content, implementing effective marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics, engaging with the audience, and collaborating with the design and operation teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications
 

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing platforms and tools
• Ability to create compelling Social Media Content that aligns with brand values
• Strong Marketing and Communication skills to execute and optimize campaigns
• Experience in creating and managing successful social media strategies
• Experience with construction and design companies with some knowledge of its principles to create engaging videos on the projects.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or content tools is a plus
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills to monitor and report performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
