Hampton Heights International School is currently looking for a Bilingual Social Worker to join their dedicated academic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development while fostering a safe and positive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide counseling and emotional support to students facing social or academic challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop intervention strategies and promote student well-being.
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation for student progress and behavioral reports.
• Plan and implement programs aimed at promoting social awareness and emotional growth among students.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work closely with the academic and pastoral care team to identify students in need of additional support.

Requirements:
• Must currently reside in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a Cambridge Curriculum school environment within the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (bilingual proficiency required).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
