Soft Service Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Soft Service Manager to lead and oversee soft services for a major project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will plan, implement, and supervise a range of support services to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and site presentation across the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on managerial role that requires strong leadership, vendor management, and budget control skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and supervise soft services activities including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and other facility support functions.
  • Lead project-based teams: recruit, train, schedule, coach and manage staff performance.
  • Manage third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost efficiencies without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all soft service operations.
  • Prepare regular reports on service delivery, performance metrics and operational issues for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of demonstrable experience managing soft services, preferably within project-based or facilities environments.
  • Proven leadership and team-management capabilities, with experience in recruitment and staff development.
  • Strong vendor coordination and contract-management skills.
  • Track record of managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.
  • Ready to join immediately.
