Spa Specialist

Description:

The SPA Specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing Sales and Purchase Agreements for a real estate developer. This role ensures that all contracts are accurate, legally compliant, and aligned with company policies while supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless transaction process for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize Sales and Purchase Agreements for property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Legal, Sales, Finance) to ensure contract accuracy.
• Handle client inquiries related to contract terms and conditions.
• Maintain and organize contract records and documentation.
• Support the sales team in closing transactions smoothly.
• Monitor contract timelines, payments, and necessary documentation.
• Stay updated with real estate laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in contract management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong attention to detail and legal acumen.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
• Immediate joiners only are preferred.
