Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Landscape Architect to support our projects on a flexible basis. Successful applicants must demonstrate a passion for landscape architecture, have good graphic and illustration skills, as well as proven technical abilities and proficiency in using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Ability to develop creative design ideas independently and in collaboration with the team.
• Preparation of CAD drawings and presentations for landscape projects including plans, sections, details, etc., across concept design, schematic design, design development, detailed design and tender design stages, as directed by the Senior Landscape Architect and Design Manager.
• Liaison and coordination with internal and external staff, consultants and clients.
• Manage timelines and deliverables independently.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture.

· Professional and excellent spoken and written English skills.

· 3D knowledge beneficial (Sketch-up, Lumion).

· Solid documentation skills (AutoCAD).

· A creative aptitude for design and documentation (InDesign, Photoshop).

· Good planting/vegetation knowledge.

· The successful candidates will be collaborative, hard-working and passionate about innovative landscape solutions.

· Excellent presentation skills.

· Organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment, including excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.

· International or UAE experience is highly desirable.

· Ability to work well independently.
