1. Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Ensure proper coverage and growth in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Monitor sales performance and competitor activities
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of sales supervisory experience in FMCG/Modern Trade
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals
- Valid UAE driving license
2. Sales Executive – Modern Trade
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with supermarkets, hypermarkets, and key accounts
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and promotions in-store
- Negotiate listings, contracts, and shelf space
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of Modern Trade sales experience in FMCG
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Valid UAE driving license
3. Sales Executive – Traditional Trade
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage accounts with wholesalers, groceries, and retail shops
- Expand product reach across the traditional trade channel
- Monitor competitor activity and report market insights
- Achieve sales and timely collection targets
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of sales experience in Traditional Trade (FMCG preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license
4. E-commerce Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online sales platforms (Amazon, Noon, company website, etc.)
- Oversee listings, promotions, and digital campaigns to drive sales
- Coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery and order fulfillment
- Analyze online sales performance and implement growth strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in E-commerce sales (FMCG/retail preferred)
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and digital marketing
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
