We’re Hiring: Sr. Graphic Designer (AI | 3D | Motion | Experiential Design)

We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Graphic Designer who can conceptualize and execute high-impact visual content. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with AI tools, 3D design, motion graphics, photoshoots, videography, and large-scale brand executions.

Key Responsibilities
✨ Create realistic images, videos, and motion content using AI-based design tools
✨ Design high-quality graphics including icons, banners, creatives, and brand assets
✨ Plan and execute photoshoots, videography, and content creation (including props and on-ground execution)
✨ Design packaging concepts and ready-to-print artwork
✨ Create content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns with strong brand consistency
✨ Execute large-scale marketing campaigns, visual themes, and storytelling
✨ Design and produce booths, kiosks, exhibitions, and promotional materials
✨ Create videos, motion graphics, and campaign films from concept to final output
✨ Work on 3D design, 3D Max, and 3D motion graphics
✨ Develop layouts for retail displays, kiosks, and experiential installations
✨ Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and operations teams
✨ Experience in Retail, FMCG, or Cold Storage environments is highly preferred

Must-Have Skills & Requirements
✔ Strong expertise in AI-based design and video tools
✔ Hands-on experience in ADOBE CC, 3D design, 3D Max, and motion graphics
✔ Proven skills in photoshoot direction, videography, and editing
✔ Strong understanding of social media, web, and digital formats
✔ Experience in packaging design and print production
✔ Knowledge of props, set design, and visual storytelling
✔ Ability to independently manage end-to-end creative projects
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
