Sr.brand Sales Manager

 

Description:

 

BSM is the primary conduit between our product vendors and our partners, ensuring seamless customer experience aligned to the company vision while effectively driving sales. The BSM owns his brand/categories of business and is responsible for ensuring timely response to partners on RFPs and product queries, driving product solutioning through internal / vendor technology teams, training partners on product technology roadmaps and vendor programs as well as collaborating internally with the Account Management team members on streamlined execution of the business. BSM owns the target delivery for the said product/category for the particular country / region and is required to ensure targets are met on a quarterly basis.

 

The key accountabilities of the role will be to:

 

 

  • Vendor Relationship management - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with the assigned vendor(s), ensure that the vendor objectives and strategies for the country/region are planned and met, be a source of Business Intelligence to the vendor as well as internally, negotiate a win-win deal with the vendor for better pricing, margins and benefits.
  • Customer relationship management - Engaging with partner customers on regular basis, understanding needs and giving product solutions, dealing with the issues and addressing them through engagement with relevant stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management -Inventory and sell out planning, holding optimum inventory without blocking huge cash flow, making decisions and moving the slowing moving inventory at right time, Optimizing Inventory and AR in the market.
  • Stakeholder management – Managing stakeholders, complying with the requirements of different bodies, co-operating with stake holders while safeguarding the organizations and customer interest, etc.
  • Data Management and analysis – Maintaining sales records, doing analysis, presenting the findings to the senior management and actioning on the same.

 

The BSM – Brand Sales Manager will be based in the UAE and report to the General Manager - Sales. This will be an IC role.

 

Specific Requirement:

 

*Experience in handling high-end audio products in the retail sector, or any other related products. He/she should have experience in vendor management.

 

Education:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Academic qualification or professional training and sales experience is required.

 

Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in selling high-end audio products.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • He/She will have demonstrated experience of driving sales, the ability to think out-of-the-box, a willingness to experiment, and demonstrate solutions orientation and strong business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data relevant to the segment.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
