Stakeholder Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a Stakeholder Coordinator with experience in infrastructure and construction projects to manage and facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. The role involves tracking permits and approvals, resolving stakeholder concerns, organizing documentation, and ensuring full compliance with project requirements and relevant government regulations to support timely project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Your tasks and responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate with government entities, consultants, contractors, and clients to support the permit and approval process.
• Maintain updated records of approvals, NOCs, correspondence, and submissions across all active projects.
• Follow up on pending applications and proactively resolve delays by liaising with relevant authorities.
• Ensure all project stakeholders are informed and aligned through regular updates, reports, and meetings.
• Support engineering and planning teams by providing required stakeholder data and documents.
• Prepare formal letters, status reports, and tracking sheets for internal and external communication.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in stakeholder coordination, permitting, or project administration (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Familiarity with infrastructure projects, government portals (e.g., ITC, IPS, TAQA, etc.) and approval workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
