Exciting Career Opportunity: Store Assistant
Location: Hamriyah Sharjah, UAE
What you’ll Do:
- Coordinate with the forklift driver during material loading and unloading.
- Verify all received material under QA/QC supervision.
- Mark traceability details on all materials.
- Take photographs as evidence.
- Update and track inventory, including assets in storage areas.
- Maintain material in bin locations.
- Issue material to respective departments with proper documentation.
- Ensure all material transactions are signed by the issuer/recipient.
- Coordinate with the project team for material returns.
- Collaborate internally with Procurement/QC/Logistics.
- Complete packing details before deadlines.
- Prepare materials for delivery.
- Support the line manager in enforcing store regulations and operational goals.
We’re looking for Someone Who:
- Has good computer skills, especially in MS Excel and inventory systems.
- Shows initiative and can work independently.
- Understands inventory control procedures.
- Excels in organization and time management.
- Possesses physical and mental stamina.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Requires a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, ERP experience is a plus.
- Holds a Senior Secondary Certificate.
