Store Manager

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager for our Abu Dhabi location, United Arab Emirates. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth functioning of the retail space, and maintain high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing loss prevention techniques, and resolving customer inquiries or issues. The Store Manager will also play a role in creating a welcoming environment for families, aligning with Cheeky Monkeys’ mission of encouraging fun and learning for kids.

• Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
• Excellent communication abilities to manage staff and communicate effectively with customers.
• Experience in store management and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail operations.
• Knowledge or experience with retail loss prevention to safeguard assets and maintain accountability.
• Leadership capabilities, team management skills, and attention to detail are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in the family entertainment or childcare sector is a plus.
• A diploma or certification in Food Safety and Hygiene. (preferred).
