Store Manager

Description:

We are hiring a Store Manager to take full responsibility for overseeing daily store activities at our Dubai (DIP 2) location. This role is ideal for a driven professional with solid experience in construction materials and interior design, combined with strong leadership and operational management skills. The Store Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, guiding the sales team, and delivering expert support to customers with both technical and design-focused needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overall store performance while maintaining high standards of customer service, merchandising, and operational efficiency. Collaboration with contractors, designers, and suppliers will also be a regular part of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations, including sales performance, inventory control, and staff management
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales and customer service objectives
• Provide customers with expert guidance on construction materials and interior design solutions
• Coordinate with contractors, interior designers, and suppliers to support project requirements
• Ensure store layout, visual displays, and merchandising meet interior design and brand standards
• Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and control operational costs
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards and professional conduct at all times
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures
