Strategy Manager

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Manager – Strategy to join our Strategy Cell and work directly with the CEO responsible for Steel Plant. This is a high-impact role ideal for a young professional with a solid engineering background and strategic mindset, looking to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As the Manager – Strategy, you will act as a Technical Assistant to the CEO, supporting strategic initiatives, preparing management reports, and contributing to cross-functional planning and execution. Your role will be instrumental in driving data-backed decisions and aligning operational activities with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the CEO in strategic planning, business reviews, and decision-making processes.

· Analyze and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports for various functions.

· Coordinate with different departments to gather inputs for reports, presentations, and dashboards.

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs), project timelines, and strategic initiatives.

· Participate in high-level meetings, preparing agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.

· Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competitor analysis, and benchmarking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines preferred).
• MBA from a recognized institute with a focus on Strategy, Operations, or General Management.
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably in roles involving strategy, planning, or operations.
