Student Recruitment Officer

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you will represent The B School International at key events and build strong connections with schools and community partners. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about education and student engagement.

• Engage with schools and colleges to showcase our programs.

 

• Conduct webinars, open houses, and career guidance sessions

 

• Follow up on leads and convert them to enrollments

 

• Build partnerships with schools, NGOs, and counselors

 

• Plan and lead student outreach campaigns

 

• Guide and train a team of recruiters and tele-callers

 

• Collaborate with marketing for digital and offline campaigns

 

• Track student data and report enrollment metrics

 

• Use competitor insights to improve recruitment strategy

 

 

Who We're Looking For:

 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Education, or related field

 

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in admissions, sales, or outreach

 

• Strong communication and public speaking skills

 

• Excellent networking and leadership abilities

 

• Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems

 

• Willingness to travel for outreach
