DEOW International is urgently seeking an experienced Supermarket Manager to join a retail operation in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing store operations, maintaining excellent customer service standards, managing staff performance, and ensuring efficient inventory and operational processes. Accommodation is provided as part of the employment package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the supermarket to ensure smooth business performance.

• Supervise and lead store staff while maintaining high customer service standards.

• Monitor inventory levels, merchandising, and stock replenishment activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

• Support sales growth by maintaining an organized and efficient retail environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Store Supervisor is mandatory.

• Supermarket or retail management experience is required.

• Strong team management and operational skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Excellent leadership and supervisory capabilities.

• Ability to manage daily supermarket operations effectively.

• Strong knowledge of:
