Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage the purchasing process, maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a good understanding of supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, address any issues, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of purchases, supplier agreements, and Quality Incident Report Documents (QIRDs).
• Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and any related supply chain metrics as required.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
• Strong multitasking abilities, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with procurement and supply chain best practices and regulations.
• Previous experience in the food industry is a plus.
