Supply Chain Supervisor

Description:

Indoguna Dubai is looking for an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Supervisor to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations within the food, FMCG, or retail sectors.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, coordinate with suppliers, optimize inventory levels, and support efficient business operations. Strong leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and experience with ERP systems are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily supply chain and procurement operations.

• Manage supplier relationships and coordinate purchasing activities.

• Oversee logistics, inventory control, and stock management.

• Support demand forecasting and supply planning to ensure product availability.

• Monitor supply chain performance and identify process improvements.

• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain efficient operational workflows.

• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience within the food, FMCG, or retail industry is preferred.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management tools.

• Strong knowledge of:
