Teaching Assistant

Description:

Capital School Dubai is currently inviting applications for the position of High-Level Teaching Assistant for both Primary and Secondary school levels. The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting class teachers with instructional delivery, group activities, and individualized student support. This position is ideal for candidates with prior experience in educational assistance roles and a passion for working in dynamic classroom environments. The role is set to begin in August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist lead teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons across core subjects.
• Support students individually and in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive, supportive learning atmosphere.
• Assist with lesson preparation, materials organization, and classroom displays.
• Provide coverage and supervision when needed in the absence of the teacher.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to track and report student progress.
• Actively participate in school events, meetings, and staff development sessions.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
