Team Lead

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented TEAM LEADERS to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving sales of our online trading platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and select qualified sales representatives

- Lead and motivate the team to develop and execute proper sales strategies.

- Provide ongoing training to improve the sales skills and product knowledge.

- Setting individual and team targets

- Cold calling and building and maintaining relationship with clients to ensure repeat businesses.

- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, market trends and competitors.

- Closing sales deals and ensuring proper documentation

- Fulfil the acquired business in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services and stock brokerage industry (minimum 1 year preferred).

- Should have a basic knowledge about stock marketing

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to lead a team

- Immediate joiners are preferred
