As our Off-Plan Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of off-plan sales agents.
  • Drive sales across all major UAE developers, launches, and new project releases.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
  • Represent Alruwad at developer launches, events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle with the highest level of professionalism and compliance.
  • Work with our in-house marketing team to enhance lead generation and campaign optimization.
  • Coach your team through structured goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
  • To be able to bring & build his/her own team.

 

What You Bring

  • 3–4+ years of Dubai real estate experience, including off-plan expertise.
  • Proven managerial or team-lead experience in real estate.
  • Strong network with UAE developers and deep market knowledge.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Results-driven, motivational, and able to inspire performance.
  • RERA certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic speakers strongly preferred.
