Description:
As our Off-Plan Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of off-plan sales agents.
- Drive sales across all major UAE developers, launches, and new project releases.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with developers, clients, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
- Represent Alruwad at developer launches, events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle with the highest level of professionalism and compliance.
- Work with our in-house marketing team to enhance lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Coach your team through structured goal setting, performance reviews, and ongoing training.
- To be able to bring & build his/her own team.
What You Bring
- 3–4+ years of Dubai real estate experience, including off-plan expertise.
- Proven managerial or team-lead experience in real estate.
- Strong network with UAE developers and deep market knowledge.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Results-driven, motivational, and able to inspire performance.
- RERA certification preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic speakers strongly preferred.
