🔹 Sales Executive – Personal Loan
Minimum 6 months of experience in Personal Loan sales (UAE or home country).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate leads, convert them into sales, and meet targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused.
🔹 Team Leader – Personal Loan
Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Loan sales or in a leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving targets and managing a team.
Ability to train, guide, and motivate sales executives.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Qualities for Both Roles
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Go-getter attitude, ambitious, and target-driven.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
