Mandatory skills:

- Proven leadership in large transformation/Delivery Programs
- PMP/Prince 2 certification preferred

- Manage project planning, execution, risk, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with business, IT, Operations, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with UAE Banking regulations and internal governance
- Track milestones, budgets, timelines, and report to senior management
