ICAN is hiring on behalf of an early-stage AI start-up seeking a Technical Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a founding member.

This is an opportunity for a serial entrepreneur or technical leader who is passionate about building innovative AI products from scratch. You will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, leading the development of the MVP, assembling the engineering team, and collaborating closely with the business co-founder to raise funds and scale the venture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the technology roadmap and product architecture
• Build and launch a scalable MVP with speed and precision
• Lead AI/ML model development (LLMs, NLP, generative AI, or similar)
• Assemble and manage the engineering team
• Contribute to fundraising, investor pitches, and go-to-market planning
• Work collaboratively with the business co-founder to shape company vision and growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a technical founder, startup CTO, or lead engineer
• Hands-on expertise in AI/ML frameworks and production deployment
• Strong track record of building and shipping digital products from zero to one
• Prior fundraising or startup incubation experience is a strong plus
• Must be based in the UAE
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity
