Technical Delivery Manager

WovV Technologies, a Global Business Productivity SaaS company, is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager for Abu Dhabi (on-site) location.

Location: Abu Dhabi (on-site)

Duration: 10–12 weeks (potential extension)

Seniority Level: Senior Consultant

Core Responsibilities
 

• Act as day-to-day engagement lead for architecture review program
• Lead agile delivery using iterative value-based approach (Scrum/Kanban)
• Plan and facilitate workshops, delivery sprints, and playback sessions
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups for distributed teams
• Serve as liaison between traders, architects, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure deliverables support automation, AI-readiness, and digital strategy
• Coordinate with internal SMEs and London-based oversight team
• Drive delivery governance, manage risks, and maintain stakeholder alignment
   

Required Qualifications
 

• 10+ years of technical delivery experience in energy/commodities or capital markets
• Strong knowledge of trading floor operations and bid-to-build cycles
• Experience delivering cloud-native data platforms (preferably Azure/Databricks)
• Hands-on background with CI/CD, DevOps, REST/event-driven architectures
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
• GCC experience or prior Mubadala exposure preferred
