Technical Operation:
- Responsible for coordinating with a variety of business units to develop, test, and refine business processes and practices to provide the site and business unit with a competitive advantage within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Maximize value through efficient systems & processes, responsible to oversee and manage company projects to ensure workflows and process improvements
- Continually assess current processes and their efficacy in saving costs and also Take calculated risks to increase profitability and optimize cost
- Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network, and joining professional organizations.
Supply Chain:
- In charge of developing, implementing, and managing projects and initiatives that optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of the supply chain operations
- Provide recommendations for process changes, cost reduction, and operational optimization
- Improve system utilization for existing systems and leverage advanced technologies such as data analytics and AI to optimize supply chain operations
- Identify potential supply chain risks, and develop risk assessment models to proactively mitigate disruptions
- Analyzing supply chain data, trends, and performance metrics to provide valuable insights that drive informed decision-making.
