Technical Program Manager

Description:

We are working with a company who are now searching for a Technical Program Manager to join them. You will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders across the business and technology functions to drive successful delivery, managing key dependencies, risks and taking a proactive approach to ensure that deadlines are met.

This company is looking for someone who has proven experience in implementing modern SDLCs and Agile ways of working. Your ability to bring stakeholders on that journey in a positive way as you implement the new ways of working is essential. Overall, you will be an effective influencer and executor whilst working with a highly collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate, develop, and implement a data-driven strategy, approach, and roadmap for technical program management needs
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, inside and outside of Engineering, and collaborate with leaders to prioritize technical efforts and provide input on program features and capabilities
• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, and work with engineering teams to define, evaluate, and prioritize program scope and implementation plans
• Drive visibility and transparency of dates, upcoming milestones, and release dates throughout the Sprint development process
• Interface and communicate with Development and QA teams, Product Managers, Marketing Tech, and Customer Support
• Remain current on technology and trends in engineering
• Implement new modern Agile ways of working and SDLC processes to enable delivery speed, predictability and fit a regulated environment
• You will be AI forward and ready to leverage AI to modernise our organisation and delivery processes.
