Description:
We are seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Specialist fluent in Arabic and English, to accelerate the growth of our Data & AI solutions across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on pre-sales engagement, strategic partner collaboration, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data and AI technologies from a business perspective and will regularly engage with clients and partners to drive revenue and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities for Data & AI solutions.
- Lead customer-facing engagements including presentations, product positioning, and value proposition discussions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities and business impact.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and pricing strategies in coordination with technical and delivery teams.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends in Data & AI.
Partner Engagement & Strategic Alliances
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with key technology partners including Microsoft, Databricks, SAP, and others.
- Co-develop joint go-to-market initiatives and campaigns with partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Coordinate partner enablement sessions, joint customer meetings, and executive briefings.
- Act as the internal point of contact for partner programs, incentives, and co-selling motions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to regional sales planning and forecasting for Data & AI offerings.
- Work with marketing and business development teams to generate leads and build awareness.
- Track and report on sales performance, partner engagement metrics, and pipeline health.
- Ensure alignment between partner strategies and internal sales goals.
Client & Partner Engagement
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients and partners across the UAE and broader region.
- Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders, focusing on business outcomes and strategic value.
- Serve as a bridge between customer needs and internal capabilities, ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales, partner management, or business development in the Data & AI domain.
- Experience working with or selling solutions from Microsoft, Databricks, SAP, or similar platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies from a business and commercial perspective.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and drive joint sales initiatives.
- Comfortable delivering product demos to technical and non-technical audiences.
