We are looking for skilled and dependable Technical Support Officer who is based in Dubai and has at least 1 year of experience. Preferably with Driving License.????

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions for future reference.
• Work closely with the technical support team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
