Technology & Systems Integration Specialist

No Grey Area (NGA) is rolling out Zoho across our business to streamline operations, automate workflows, and connect our UAE, MENA, and UK offices on one seamless platform. We’re looking for an experienced specialist to make it happen.

What You’ll Do:

- Implement and integrate the full Zoho suite (CRM, Projects, Books, People, WorkDrive, Expense, Analytics, etc.).

- Automate workflows across sales, operations, HR, design, logistics, and finance.

- Connect Zoho to LinkedIn, accounting systems, logistics tools, and cloud storage.

- Introduce up to 3 AI tools by end of 2025 to boost efficiency and reporting.

- Deliver UAE rollout by Jan 2026, and full MENA + UK rollout by end of Q1 2026.

What We’re Looking For:

- Expert-level Zoho experience with proven full-suite rollouts.

- Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, automation, and integrations.

- Experience with AI tools, APIs, and process automation.

- Bonus: IT infrastructure or web development knowledge.
