This is a full-time Tele Sales Executive. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling outbound and inbound sales calls, and converting inquiries into successful bookings. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding customer travel needs, and providing tailored travel solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, contributing directly to the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, particularly telesales, and customer engagement
• Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills for sales tracking and data management
• Keen understanding of travel services, packages, and facilities
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
