Tele Sales Executive

Description:

Dubai Clean is currently looking to hire a motivated and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join its growing sales team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in outbound sales calling and customer engagement, particularly within the cleaning services, technical services, or facility management industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting company services, handling customer inquiries, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company services

• Explain service offerings, pricing structures, and benefits clearly to clients

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cleaning or facility service solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups within the CRM system

• Handle client objections professionally and convert inquiries into successful sales

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, BPO operations, or tele sales

• Experience or knowledge related to cleaning services, technical services, or facility management is preferred

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently

• Basic computer proficiency including CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and email communication
