Telecommunication Specialist

Description:

• Effective Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication to engage property owners and convey the benefits of listing with the brokerage.
• Persistence and Resilience: Ability to make a high volume of calls daily, handle objections gracefully, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of property ownership, market trends, and the value proposition of the brokerage. Prior Telecommunication Specialist experience in banking, luxury sales, insurance, luxury cars, or retail is preferred.
• Organization and Follow-Up: Capability to maintain detailed records of calls, follow up consistently, and manage leads effectively.
• Computer Literacy: Proficiency with CRM software or databases to track leads and manage contact information.
• Ethical Standards: Adherence to ethical practices in real estate, including honesty and confidentiality in all interactions with property owners.
• Goal-Oriented: Motivation to achieve targets for acquiring property listings and contributing to the brokerage's growth.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with other agents and team members to optimize outreach efforts.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adjust strategies based on feedback, market conditions, and client needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate advertising or digital marketing is highly preferred.
• Exhibit excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Handle outbound & Inbound calls and resolve queries.
• Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices.
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and demographics.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Analyzation of data from conversations to identify potential Sellers & Buyers.
