We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Specialist who understands the pace, professionalism, and potential of Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads with confidence and clarity
Build rapport with potential investors and clients through professional communication
Coordinate closely with the sales team to convert prospects into successful deals
Maintain CRM records with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate telemarketing or brokerage
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Strong understanding of property investment and client psychology
✅ Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
