Telesales Executive

Baazex is expanding its team and is looking for motivated Telesales Executives to join its office in Business Bay, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for energetic sales professionals who enjoy building client relationships, achieving targets, and working in a fast-paced financial services environment.

The selected candidates will engage with prospective clients interested in trading and financial markets, guide them through the account opening process, and maintain strong customer relationships. Individuals with telesales experience in forex, brokerage, banking, or financial services will be highly preferred.

• Understand client requirements and assist them with the account opening process.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Achieve daily and monthly call, sales, and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

• Provide professional customer service while promoting the company’s products and services.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in forex, brokerage, banking, or financial services.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic will be an advantage.

• Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling outbound sales calls.

• Basic understanding of forex trading or financial markets is preferred.

• Must be currently based in the UAE.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Telesales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

    • CRM systems, sales follow-up, and conversion strategies.

    • Financial markets, forex products, and client account onboarding.
