Telesales Executive

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have proven telesales experience within the Dubai real estate market and the ability to confidently engage Arabic-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads
• Professionally handle and convert Arabic-speaking clients
• Promote real estate projects and company services to potential buyers and investors
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with sales consultants to support deal closures

Requirements:

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of telesales experience in the Dubai real estate market
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English is an added advantage
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
